Gatherings

Visiting a new church can be scary (especially if you are shy or if you've never been to church before). And while we can't promise that all those fears will vanish, we can assure you that our church environment is about as safe as we can make it. Our growing community is warm and friendly and we would love to welcome you as our guest. 

We collectively gather once a week to express our love for Jesus and grow in our understanding of the Gospel. In 1 Corinthians 14:25 Paul talks about the public church gathering and what visitors were saying about the service. They were saying "God is really among you." That is our desire for our corporate gatherings. 

Worship:

Sermons:

One of the common complaints about church is that the preaching/teaching is boring. And that is so sad, because the Bible is exciting. Pastor Josh attempts to bring the text alive and make it real for the 21st century listener. You can listen to past sermons here. 

 Kids:

We love kids and have a special children's program designed for pre-k through sixth grade on Sunday mornings. Families are together for the music portion of our service and then children are dismissed to their class before the sermon starts. LOCATION:

Haven City Church gathers once a week to express our love for Jesus and grow in our understanding of the Gospel. We meeting Sunday mornings, 10 AM.

New Century School - 710 S. Ann St Baltimore , MD 21231. 

Food:

The Haven City Church hospitality team does a wonderful job of preparing tables full of pastries, fruit, hot / cold drinks and an occasional hot meal. We always suggest that our guests arrive at 9:45 AM so that they can enjoy this food.
