Promise Believers: Abraham, Part 1

The homework associated with this sermon was to identify 3-5 “conditions” from the following list.

fallen = one’s inner tendency toward temptation and evil

finite = living with limits of knowledge, understanding, emotional capacity, or physical ability.

fragile = not a specific sin committed, but having been sinned against or the effects of sin in general by circumstance of living in a fallen world.

faltering = faltering between what he or she professes is true and what actual living requires of truth.

Then ask yourself “Am I trying to overcome this condition through the Law obedience or faith in God’s promises?”
